Q1.Causes of more broken rice in rice processing?
A1:First, the pressure in the rice milling chamber is too high, and the rolling time is relatively long, which makes the rice grains broken; Second, the rotating speed of the drum is too high, which easily breaks the rice grains; Third, the moisture content of the processed rice is too wet, which easily leads to more broken rice.
