4. Rice Whitener
This milling is improvement product based on emery roller whitener.
Much emery roller make more uniform white cover on rice,less broken rate; using external suction fan with medium voltage,air delivery are on both ends of the spindle and feeding port that can reduce temp of rice.
running board grading and rices secondary separate device at the exit,it has the function of cooling and purification of rice.
This part is used for classifying the rice from processing.it uses difference of the broken rice the whole rice type to conduct overlapping rotation and pushing forward with friction in order to form automatic classification,and separate the broken rice and the whole rice through continuous sieving of the appropriate 3 layers sieve faces.stable running and excellent technical performance and convenient maintenance and operation etc.
