Requirements for physical and mechanical properties of rubber compound:
Breaking strength: above MPa19(190K/cm2)
Elongation at break: over 200%
Energy consumption reduction cm3/1.61km < 0.5
Hardness: 85° , 90° , 95°
The allowable tolerance is ± 3°, and the maximum and minimum difference of hardness on the same rubber roller is greater than 2°.
